Use this form to fill in a new team registration for the Summer 2025 season. Your submission will need to be approved by a league administrator. When it is approved you will receive an email notification and invite to register an account to allow you to manage your team and submit scorecards online. If you are an existing captain, login to auto-populate the form with your current team details.

As is often the case the rumour mill is in full swing around teams folding and forming. My aim is to try and ensure all players that want to play, have the opportunity to play. So let me know of anyone potentially "homeless" and if needed new teams can be formed.
- If you have players that are looking for a new team, let me know who they are, their standard, and if they are looking to play regularly or occasionally
- If you are a captain looking for players, let me know if you are looking for a regular or occasional player
Some notes which came from the AGM whch will be of interest to some captains:
- The Veterans is now only open to players Over the age of 60.
- The Masters is a new competition for over 50s. Players over 60 are of course free to enter this competition as well
- Both of these competitions are Open competitions to all genders
If you have a pair of doubles that come from differing teams, please contact Shaun to enter them. They will appear on the "first" player's team invoice. Please only enter the pair once, there is no need for both captain's to submit.
As in previous years I will send an invoice to all captain's. You may of course pre-pay before you receive the invoice (this is welcomed! If you pre-pay and still receive an invoice, don;t worry it doesn't mean we've not received your money, its just an invoice needs to be raised to register the payment against). In order to prevent too many being sent, I will likely send them towards the end of the registration period. This is because usually there is a flurry of last minute entries, and its easier to admister in one lump.
The registration deadline is 7pm on Sunday 23rd March at which point all entries must also have been paid for. I will send the payment summary over to Kev at that time to validate all payments. I will release all fixtures and welcome packs once all payments are verified. eReceipts will be issued after all payments are confirmed following the closing date.
The first match of the season will be Thursday 3rd April, and finals day is provisionally scheduled for Saturday 13th September. For those who like to plan, Presentation Night is provisionally Friday 19th September, and the AGM is provisionally scheduled for Thursday 2nd October.

Your submission is not complete until after that second phase is filled in and you have pressed the big green button.
