Starting August 25th 2025

• £30 refundable / transferable deposit upon completion of ALL available fixtures.
• £5 per week match fees payable at the venue or in advance.
• Players who complete the 2024-25 season will recieve 1st refusal for entry.
• New players will start in the lowest division (International/County/Tour players will be decided by the committee), returning players will start in the position they finished/gained the last time they played.
• Fixtured matches will be set to alternate Monday evenings, matches can be rearranged as long as the committee & venue have been informed and the match is played within the calender month.
• Timed starts and tables will be available for each match, 7:00pm or 8:30pm.
• Players will be split into 4 divisions (dependant on entries).
• Pay out for the top half of players in each division.
• All matches will be best of 11 frames, all frames to be played in all matches.
• All matches to be played by default to International Rules.
• Matches should be completed in 1.5 hours max, any player who exceeds this more than 3 times will be penalized 5 points and future matches may be put on the shot clock.
• New for the 25-26 Season - There will be 3 fixtured back match weeks placed evenly during the season, all matches cancelled prior to each back match week must be played on or before that back match week
