🕒 Event Timing

• Event Date: 28th Feb 2026
• Entry Deadline: 31st January 2026
• Doors Open: 11:00am
• Match Start: 11:30am

All matches are streamed

🎮 Match Format

• Races to 4 or 20-minute match time
• Shot Clock:
 - First 10 mins: 30 seconds
 - Second 10 mins: 15 seconds
• 1 Extension per frame (+10 seconds)

⚫ Tiebreak Rules

If the match ends level:

• Best of 5 Blackball Shootout
If still tied:
• Sudden Death
or
• 6-Red Shootout (depending on ruleset)

After each match, the winner spins:

1️⃣ 50/50 Wheel

Decides whether you:
• Call out your next opponent
or
• Spin the Challenger Wheel

2️⃣ Ruleset Wheel

Chooses the match ruleset:
• Blackball
or
• International

🔥 The HOTSEAT

• Win 2 consecutive matches to take the Hotseat
• You cannot be selected while in the Hotseat
• You remain in the seat until another player wins 2 consecutive matches
• Hotseat player is removed at the Quarter-Final stage (final 8)

💷 Entry Fees

Two-Tier System

• £20 – County A Standard & above
• £15 – Below County A Standard

Extra Life (optional)

• £10 – County A+
• £7.50 – Below County A
