Thurrock Pool League - Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility
1.1 Participants must be at least 11 years old to enter.  
1.2 All players must be registered with Thurrock Pool League before competing.  
1.3 Teams must consist of a minimum of 10 players.  

2. Code of Conduct
2.1 Players must uphold sportsmanship and respect towards opponents, officials, and spectators.  
2.2 Abusive language, unsportsmanlike behavior, or misconduct may lead to suspension or disqualification.  
2.3 League officials have the final say in disputes or disciplinary actions.  

3. Match Rules
3.1 All matches shall follow the official Blackball pool rules as set down by the World Pool-Billiard Association Blackball Pool Rules.
3.2 Home teams are responsible for setting up match equipment and ensuring fair play.  
3.3 Any disputes must be reported immediately to league officials for review.  

4. Fixtures & Attendance
4.1 Teams must adhere to the official fixture schedule.  
4.2 Late arrivals beyond the agreed time may result in forfeiting the match.  
4.3 Cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance, except for emergencies.  

5. Fees & Prizes
5.1 Entry fees must be paid before the start of the season.  
5.2 Awards will be distributed based on league results.  

6. Equipment & Venue
6.1 Matches must be played on league-approved tables using Aramith Pro Cup standard Red and Yellow ball set.
6.2 Venues must meet league standards for fair play conditions.  
6.3 Equipment tampering or unauthorized modifications will result in penalties.  

7. Dispute Resolution
7.1 In case of disagreements, players must report issues to the League Committee within 48 hours of the match.  
7.2 The committee’s decision is final, based on league regulations and fairness.  

8. Amendments & Compliance
8.1 The league reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions when necessary.  
8.2 All players and teams must comply with updates to league policies.
