By signing up and playing in one or more of the leagues (snooker, pool,  I confirm that:

• I have been provided with and have access to the Cue and Darts Lounge League Privacy Policy.

• I understand how the League will collect, use, and share my personal information (Name, Contact Details, Match Results, etc.) for the sole purpose of running the pool, snooker, and darts league.

• I consent to The Cue and Darts Lounge using my photograph or image or video footage (incuding live footage) for promotional purposes, such as on the League's social media, website, or in local press, but not limited to.

• I undestand in full the relevant leagues rules and agree to adhere to them at all times or risk being banned or suspended depending upon the seriousness of the rules that have been broke

• I agree to be kind and courious to all fellow members and staff.
