The home player/team is responsible for arranging the fixture by contacting the away side.

A minimum of three separate contact attempts must be made, using reasonable methods (e.g. phone, text, social media, in person).

Evidence of each attempt must be provided to the committee if requested.

If the away side does not respond to any of the three attempts, and the committee has also attempted contact via the away captain without success, the away side will forfeit the match.
