All Doubles Knockout matches must be arranged by the home pair, and each round has to be played by its deadline.

If the home pair gets no response from their opponents after 3 attempts over a 2-week period, they should tell the away pair's captain. If there's still no response after that, the away pair forfeits the match.

If both pairs can't agree a date before the deadline, the league will set a date for the match. Whichever pair can't make that date forfeits the fixture. If neither pair can make it, both will be removed from the competition and entry fees won't be refunded.

Results can be submitted in RackEmApp: tap the three lines in the top left corner and select "My Matches". If you don't have access to the app, let your captain know the result and they'll pass it on to the league.
