All Team Knockout preliminary round matches must be arranged by the home team captain and played by the deadline.

If the home captain gets no response from the away captain after 3 attempts over a 2-week period, they should tell the league. If there's still no response after that, the away team forfeits the match.

If both captains can't agree a date before the deadline, the league will set a date for the match. Whichever team can't make that date forfeits the fixture. If neither team can make it, both will be removed from the competition.
