Entry Criteria

Please ensure you are entering in the correct divisional bracket. 

NOTE: A divs 4-6 player wishing to play in the divs 1-3 competition is able to do so, but entering both competitions is prohibited. 

NOTE: Round dates are subject to change based on the amount of entries. 

DO NOT ENTER IF YOU CANNOT MAKE THE FINALS & PRESENTATION NIGHT - SCHEDULED FOR 06/03/27

Rules

SINGLES

ALL PLAYERS are responsible for arranging their matches (at the Nominated or agreed Venues)

and submitting results before the following deadlines before 23:59 on the date stated.

ROUND 1 Fri 06/11/26

ROUND 2 – Fri 11/12/26

ROUND 3 – Fri 08/01/27

QUARTER FINALS – Fri 05/02/27

SEMI-FINALS – Fri 05/03/27

FINALS NIGHT – 08/08/26 (Race to 5 Frames in Final)

These will not be extended.

MATCHES ARE RACE TO 5 FRAMES

If a Player has difficulty contacting the other Player they must contact the Div Reps or Committee for assistance.
In general, if results are not received before the cut-off then neither Player will go through to the next round.  However, the Committee may overturn this decision if a player proves they have made attempts to arrange the match and they have escalated to the Div Reps/Committee beforehand.

MATCH RULES

For Divs 1-3 Competitions:

For All Matches - BOTH players will play Black Ball Rules as agreed at the Summer 2026 Captains Meeting

For Divs 4-6 Competitions:

For All Matches - If BOTH players have opted to play Black Ball Rules they will play Black Ball Rules
ALL OTHER matches will be played using our League Rules

In the event of a dispute during a match, Players must refer to the rules (available on our website) for clarification.  If the dispute is not covered by the rules contact the Div Reps/Committee

NOTE – FOR ROUNDS 1-3, THE FIRST PLAYER DRAWN WILL BE DESIGNATED THE HOME PLAYER AND THE MATCH MUST TAKE PLACE AT THEIR TEAM VENUE UNLESS OTHERWISE AGREED.

REFEREES CAN BE USED FROM THE QUARTER FINALS STAGE ONWARDS.
