Entry Criteria

Please ensure you are entering in the correct divisional bracket. 

NOTE: A divs 4-6 pair wishing to play in the divs 1-3 competition are able to do so, but entering both competitions is prohibited. 

NOTE: Players DO NOT have to be from the same team. If a mixed pair (i.e. a player from div 1-3 and a player from div 4-6) is entered they will play in the higher divisional bracket.

NOTE: Round dates are subject to change based on the amount of entries. 

DO NOT ENTER IF YOU CANNOT MAKE THE FINALS & PRESENTATION NIGHT - SCHEDULED FOR 08/08/26

Rules

DOUBLES

ALL PAIRS are responsible for arranging their matches (at the Nominated or agreed Venues)

and submitting results before the following deadlines before 23:59 on the date stated. 

ROUND 1 Fri 03/04/26

ROUND 2 – Fri 01/05/26

ROUND 3 – Fri 29/05/26

ROUND 4 – Fri 26/06/26

QUARTER FINALS – Fri 24/07/26

SEMI-FINALS – Fri 07/08/26

FINALS NIGHT – 08/08/26 (Race to 4 Frames in Final)

These will not be extended.

MATCHES ARE RACE TO 3 FRAMES

If a Pair has difficulty contacting the other Pair they must contact the Div Reps or Committee for assistance.
In general, if results are not received before the cut-off then neither Pair will go through to the next round.  However, the Committee may overturn this decision if a Pair proves they have made attempts to arrange the match and they have escalated to the Div Reps/Committee beforehand.

MATCH RULES
For All Matches - If BOTH Pairs (playing each other) have opted to play Black Ball Rules they will play Black Ball Rules.   ALL OTHER matches will be played using our League Rules.

In the event of a dispute during a match, Pairs must refer to the rules (available on our website) for clarification.  If the dispute is not covered by the rules contact the Div Reps/Committee.

NOTE – FOR ROUNDS 1-3, THE FIRST PAIR DRAWN WILL BE DESIGNATED THE HOME PAIR AND THE MATCH MUST TAKE PLACE AT THEIR TEAM VENUE UNLESS OTHERWISE AGREED.

REFEREES CAN BE USED FROM THE QUARTER FINALS STAGE ONWARDS.
