Team Registration - Winter 2026/27

Use this form to fill in a new team registration for the Winter 2026/27 season. Your submission will need to be approved by a league administrator. When it is approved you will receive an email notification and invite to register an account to allow you to manage your team and submit scorecards online. If you are an existing captain, login to auto-populate the form with your current team details.

This is a 2 step process. Once you have entered your captain and team details and pressed "Save and Next" You will get an additional screen to register your players and any player competition entries. Your submission is not complete until after that second phase is filled in and you have pressed the big green button.

Team registration costs £ 57.50 Per Team

Winter 2026/27 Season will run from Tuesday 1st September 2026 until Thursday 1st April 2027

All matches must be played on the date scheduled.

Registration is £57.50 per team. The price increase is due to the fees levied by RackEmApp.

IMPORTANT:
Registration via this form is only accepted when followed by a BANK TRANSFER (BACS) for £57.50 to Sort Code 40-42-18 & Account No. 22843579 using your team name as a reference within 3 days of your entry submission. The account name is Southampton Regional Pool League.

By registering a team via this form you are guaranteeing that you have a team of players (minimum of FOUR to play all frames) and are able to fulfil all fixtures as per dates shown below. All matches must be played. You are also confirming that the venue management is aware of your entry and has given their permission.
 
Your entry will only be accepted once payment is received.
SPACES ARE RESERVED BASED ON THE ORDER PAYMENTS RECEIVED.
