Cuemen lead the charge for glory

There will be a new name on the doubles trophy this season after the four pairs making it through have yet to reach a final. Team of the season so far Coton Cuemen supply 2 of the pairing after Danny Barr and Colin Richards qualified beating Michelle Currin & Zoe Griffiths and the Oak’s Glenn Dunn & Daz Lee. Joining them in the semi final draw are team mates Steve Cooper & Rob Dutton who got the better of Baz Hinde & Ian Stephenson before out potting Alan Lockton & Craig Cheneler in an epic qualifier. The Royal Oaks Johnny Webb & Alex Pyatt were bang on cue to qualify without dropping  a frame with some impressive pool while the Lucky Break’s pair of Matt Guy & Clve Dicks round out the semi final line up after they took out Greig Schofield & Chris Lord and Co Gardner & Angie Lloyd.
