Coton Cuemen & Dan potted their way pasted Team Gurkha Corner in a great, if a tad confusing night of pool, to book their place in the last 4 of the Tom Ellis Memorial Trophy. Both sides were on top of their games with each frame being keenly contested, but it was the  Cuemen who produced the pots at the crucial moments to see them home. Coton's Ian Jones playing some sublime pool throughout the night, finishing it off with a break dish while Steve Cooper and Colin Richards chipped in with important frames. Becs & Ryan McCool starring for Team GC. Lucky Break and Coton Sports played out another classic cup tie with the Break just running out 8 - 7 winners for a second time, Gareth Watkins reverse dishing the match winner. Newdigate Miners were in the pot zone to beat Coton Gloves 16 - 14 on aggregate, Luke Bird and Barry Milnes staring for the Smorrall Laners. Royal Oak potted the last semi final berth after they took the 3 frames they needed in the first section, many thank for playing the rest of the frames supporting venues within the league.
