Ryan Hurn the hero for the Corner House as he potted the all important frame winner while both White Lion and Pi55 head Corner eased through. The Premier League Cup holders Mighty Oak were given a stern test by Flagnificent 7 before running out 7 – 4 victors. Vivek Makh knocking in yet another break dish for the Oak boys. Atherstone Cons needed to pot the final 3 frames through Neil Randle, Chris Bampton and Mash Comley to edge the Travellers 7 – 5 while Chapel End ‘A’ and the Atack also had a battle royale ending with the Libs Danny Evans holding his nerve to pot the winning frame.
