New season breaks off 17th September

33 teams will breaks off the new season on Thursday September 17th. The Mighty Oak will start as favourites once again for the Premier League especially now the Bandits have disbanded. Atherstone Cons ‘A’ and Chapel End Libs ‘A’ will endeavour to end their dominance but unless they’ve strengthened in the last few weeks it seems unlikely. Atack Snooker will unleash their 3 new signings which no doubt will cause a stir in the local pool community and maybe give them a chance of running the Oak close. Flagnificent 7 and newcomers Newdigate S&SC appear to be the front runners in Division One but the Fox Inn and Chapel End Libs ‘B’ will be there or there abouts.  A total of 5 new teams break off in Division Two so its wide open, Gurkatrons may start slight favourites but new sides The Legion & White Lion ‘B’ will challenge.
