Web link for if you can't access the app
It was the first league match of the season last night and, on the whole, people did a great job with using the app. We know for some it's a bit of a learning curve, and we're always happy to help if you need some guidance to use it.
Thank you for making the effort with it. People are already checking their stats, watching other live match scores, seeing if they got player of the match, looking at the league tables etc, which is great.
The app has been designed to be used in-match so please do complete the match information as you play. It really is very time consuming to do it after the event, and involves a lot of back and forth between captains.
We are aware that there is an issue with Android at the moment, and it's affecting the app usage. This caused a few problems with loading the app and submitting scores. If this happens to you, please try the following:
- First, go into your app data, clear your cache and clear your data. There are some screenshots on how to do that in the WhatsApp group if you need them. The quickest way to find them is to go into the group, click the 3 dots, and choose Group Media.
- If that doesn't work, use the web link instead of the app. This opens the RackEmApp website rather than the app. Captains and Vice Captains can log in there and add the players and scores as if it were in the app. The link is https://www.rackemapp.com/leagues/HerefordCharityPoolLeague
