App set up ahead of the new season

Hi everyone 👋

All captains should now have had their email invite to set up their profile on RackEmApp. Please make sure you download the app and get set up – you’ll need it to enter scores live on match nights. Any questions or problems drop them in the WhatsApp group (it might help someone else).

A few bits to check and share with your teams:

• Look over your player list. Are the names right? Anyone missing? Let me know asap if changes are needed.

• If you have a venue logo you’d like adding, send it over and we’ll get it uploaded.

• We’d love players to set up their own accounts too. They’ll be able to see their stats, follow live scoring from other matches (handy if you’re watching the table!), and access important league info in the app. As captain you can invite them to do that. Details in the Captains Guide below.

• RackEmApp may have automatically picked a vice captain but you can change this if needed.

• This WhatsApp group isn’t just for captains so feel free to invite your team mates in.

• All news articles about the new season will now come through RackEmApp, so players who want to receive them will need their email addresses added. Captains can do this for them (see the guide below)

Fixtures for the new season should be ready Monday evening. Once they’re live in the app, we’ll send an announcement out.
