You Can Now Enter Your Team Online

Online Team Registration is Now Live!

We are excited to announce a major upgrade to how we accept team entries each season. Team registrations are now officially available online!

To make life easier for all our captains you no longer need to complete paper forms or drop physical sheets into the Q Club or Novello’s. Everything can now be submitted digitally if you prefer.

 
Why the switch?
  • Instant confirmation: Submit your team in minutes from your phone, tablet, or laptop. We get the notification and approve your team quickly after.
  • Convenient: No extra trips into one of the clubs just to drop off an envelope.
  • Saving your cash: once you have submitted your team you can make payment directly to our account by bank transfer.
  • Accurate: Your team and players go straight into the system.
  • Less admin: This is less labour intensive for the committee, who usually have to sit and manually enter each player one by one.

Notes for registering
  • Team names: On the form you have to enter your team name and your parent team. If you're changing your team name please enter your new name in the Team Name box and select your old name from the Parent Team dropdown. If you're not changing your name simply enter your team name in both.
  • Knock Out Cup: Please tick the box for your entry into the Knock Out Cup. We'll enter you anyway, but this will save us some admin.
  • Venue: Your venue may only have 1 table. Please still select "1" from the Table dropdown if that's the case.

 

Entering your players

Once you've entered your basic team details you'll be prompted to enter your list of players. Entering the player name should bring them up for you to select. If they don't appear straight away please try entering the surname only, or entering variations of the first name (for example, Michael may be Mike in the database). Only click "New Player" if you're 100% sure they don't already exist. Any problems, leave them off and drop us a message. We can add them manually for you.

 

Payment

No payment is required when you register. 

  • Q Club & Novello's Teams: Ignore the payment message. We will invoice the club directly for your fees.
  • Other venues: You will see details of our bank account on the screen after you submit your team. Please make your payment asap. Entry is only fully confirmed once your entry fee is received.
