Chairmans report:

All minutes from last AGM read and correct.

Fixtures/ competitions secretary report:

League to restart Thursday 12th June @ 7.30pm.

Competitions for the summer league will be 3s, 14-1, mixed pairs, ladies singles.

Treasureres report: 

All the fees from the winter league need to be paid before the start of the summer league.

All teams are £50 with new teams needing to pay a bond of £25.

Competitions can now be paid through Stripe. 

Once all fees are collected in from the Winter league the bank account will sit at £1200.

Single frame format with 20 frames, so each player will play 4 different opponents during the night.

Finals will now be at 1 venue, and presentation and AGM at the other so these will be alternated.

4 games were not played and this Cannot happen. Captains MUST rearrange and follow the constitution. The constitution will be updated and sent to all captains.

All competitions MUST be played by their deadlines and paid for on entry.
