What to Know When Contacting the League
To ensure fairness, transparency, and compliance with our data protection policy, we kindly ask that you do not contact individual committee members directly about matters relating to the Preston and District Pool League. This includes WhatsApp, personal messaging, or personal email addresses.

We are only keeping a single email address so it is very important that the guidelines below are followed so we can ensure queries are dealt with efficiently

Email Format Guidelines
To help us respond promptly and appropriately, please follow this format when contacting the league:
1. Subject Line
Include your Team Name and a brief Reason for the Email.
Example: “Frog & Bucket – Fixture Query”
This helps us identify team queries quickly and efficiently, especially as we handle a high volume of messages each day.
2. Purpose of the Email
Briefly explain:
•     Why you’re getting in touch
•     What you’re asking the league to do or clarify on your behalf
Example: “We’re writing to request a change of venue for our upcoming fixture due to a scheduling conflict.”
3. Closing
Sign off with your Name, Role in the Team, and Team Name.
Example: “Kind regards, Jamie Taylor, Vice Captain – Frog & Bucket”

WhatsApp Groups
We do use WhatsApp groups for communication between teams and captains. These are for team-level updates and coordination only.
Please do not share anyone’s personal data within these groups — including phone numbers, email addresses, or any other personal information.
This helps us maintain privacy and remain compliant with our data protection responsibilities.
