Race to 7 in all Matches

You will play each opponent twice in the season

To start the match, you can either toss a coin or lag for the first break, then alternate breaks there after.

Points are awarded for frames won, there are no bonus points for wins.

Scoring is to be done electronically on the rackemapp app that you will have hopefully already registered too, please make sure you update this app regularly.

Match start times are allocated into two blocks, the first block of matches will commence at 6:30pm and the second block will commence around 8pm, If you are going to be late you must contact the player directly or on WhatsApp group. Players arriving 15 mins without notice will forfeit 1 frame every 15 minutes.

In all cases we will try to allocate the times as fair as possible so you will have a good share of early and late games.  Rearranged games are to not take priority of games that have been played on the correct date and it is these games that are to be given first priority of moving to the earlier slot.  Please remember also any rearranged games that are been played before the 6:30 games must be completed before this time.

1.    If you know you cannot make a game in advance you need to rearrange these to be played before the original date.

2.    Games postponed within 48 hours of the original date can only be done with a relevant valid reason such as work, illness, family commitment that have popped up at short notice and must be communicated directly with the player and the league admin, but these games must be rearranged to be played within 3 weeks.

3.    Any non valid reason will now be subject to penalties, the first offence you will receive a yellow card warning and must rearrange the game within 3 weeks, for the next offence you will then receive a £5 fine and for every subsequent offence this will increase to a capped fine of £10 per offence, the fines are to be paid within 7 days of the original match date and will be added to the prize fund at the end of the season.

4.    Any games not played within the three week timescale will be given a 0-0 scoreline so it is in the best interests of both players to get a date arranged.

Scores must be inputted into the app or posted on the WhatsApp group immediately after the game has finished.

The cost of entry to the monday and tuesday clockhouse leagues will be a £30 entry fee and then a match fee of £5 per game will be applied, all monies in will be paid out, different payment plans will be offered but it is expected that you don't fall behind with payments if you have not agreed to one of the plans.

Relegation and Promotion

The bottom placed player at the end of the season in the monday league will be expected to accept relegation to the tuesday league subject to entry numbers, the player who finished second bottom as a new addition to the league will now play a playoff against the player finishing 2nd to determine leagues of them players for the new season.
