Provisional Agenda for the 24th June Captains Meeting

Notes

I.      Registration will be open on Rack Em App from the 15^th June.

II.      One member from all teams needs to attend the captains meeting.

III.      The ability to add things to the Captains Agenda will end on the 15^th June.  Please ensure that you have spoken to your teams and that you raise any queries.

IV.      Registration and collection of fees will open at 7:00 with the meeting starting at 7:30.

Agenda

I.      Confirmation of the total fees received by the league for Season 17

II.      Estimation of the cost of trophies and all engraving, balance sheet will be available within 14 days of the closing of season 17 on the rack em app.

III.      The committee would like to look to move to perpetual trophies, discuss the practicalities and ask for the captains to vote.

IV.      Discuss how the new format has worked and get feedback.  If alternatives would like to be proposed the committee will review them and put forward a shortlist.

V.      Discuss Finals Day and the running of, along with requests for referees.

VI.      Discuss the current Transfer and Signing on deadlines.

VII.      Discuss moving the Singles and Doubles back in season and tweaking the format.

VIII.      Discuss the By-Laws now available of Rack Em App

IX.      Discuss the take up of the app amongst the players.

X.      Discuss the knockout draws, should these be pre-drawn or randomised each round.

XI.      Discuss protocols and points of contacts and who you should go to if you have questions.

XII.      Date registrations will close and the start date of the new season.
