Team Registration - Winter League 2026-2027

Use this form to fill in a new team registration for the Winter League 2026-2027 season. Your submission will need to be approved by a league administrator. When it is approved you will receive an email notification and invite to register an account to allow you to manage your team and submit scorecards online. If you are an existing captain, login to auto-populate the form with your current team details.

This is a 2 step process. Once you have entered your captain and team details and pressed "Save and Next" You will get an additional screen to register your players and any player competition entries. Your submission is not complete until after that second phase is filled in and you have pressed the big green button.

Team registration costs £ 15.00 Per Team And Player and an additional £ 10.00 per player

Do you want to play in the Winter League 2026-2027 which is due to kick off on Wednesday 7th October registrations are now required. We have two ways to register. 
 
You can register via the RackEmApp and pay your team’s registration of £15 (app fee) into the bank, also the £10 Registration fee for each player signed. This needs to be done by Monday 7th September. You can also register via the app or pay by cash at the AGM .

If anyone has a problem paying using the website to pay, or registering please let Nigel or Bill know and we will be glad to help with registration.

Player Registration can be done on the app in the normal way you will see a link on the app marked number 2 once registration for the team has been completed.

Please make sure when you are registering a player if the person is already registered in the RackEmApp you use these details.

When you type in their first name and last name their name will appear if they are already registered please use that one. Please don’t set up a new player if already registered.

if you are struggling, or want to pay cash please send list of players to Nigel Johnson or Bill Beaumont on the Captain's WhatsApp group or congletonpoollegue@gmail.com and we will update the teams or players for the season.
