Match Format

All matches are Best of 12 Frames - aka Race to 7, or a 6-6 draw. Once a player reaches 7, the match ends. Do not play the rest of the frames. Players are awarded 1 point for a draw and 3 points for a win. Rankings then decided by: Frame Difference -> Matches Won -> Head to Head. If at the end of the season 2 places are tied and their match was a draw, the player who reached 6 first in that match will go above the other player. 

Arranging Matches
Matches will be scheduled for Mondays, fortnightly with start time slots at 18:30 and 20:00. These slots will be allocated by Sam. Players can then swap to suit preferences. Players can rearrange 3 matches in the course of the season without penalty. These should be played on the 'gap' Monday between matchweeks. If a player rearranges more than 3 matches, they may be docked frames or entire results voided, up to organiser's discretion. 

Extenuating Circumstances
The above rules will be enforced except for in extenuating circumstances which may include: unforeseen medical issues, pre-agreed work commitments, pre-agreed long-term holidays. If you wish to pre-agree a period of dates you will not be available for matches before the season starts, please speak to me and these will be published to the rest of the League before we start. This includes any absences of longer than 2 weeks.

Conduct
Any antisocial behaviour may result in immediately being removed from the league without refund.

Promotion and Relegation

At the end of this season:

Division 1:

1st - 10th inclusive retain their spot. 

11th and 12th go into the Playoffs for a chance to save their spot.

13th and 14th are relegated. 

Division 2:

1st and 2nd are automatically promoted. 

3rd and 4th go into the Playoffs for a chance of Promotion. 

New Entries:

all new players will also start in the Playoffs. Number of spots available in the top division in the playoffs will be confirmed closer to the time, subject to dropouts/league expansion etc.
