£1 per player for contribution to app PLUS....

Div 1 - £25 plus £5 per game (11 x £5 = £55) = £80 total

Div 2 - £18.75 plus £3.75 per game (11 x £3.75 = £41.25) = £60 total

Div 3 - £12.50 plus £2.50 per game (11 x £2.50 = £27.50) = £40 total

Prize Pool

Div 1  £80 x 12 = £960.00 

Div 2  £60 x 12 = £720.00 

Div 3  £40 x 12 = £480.00 

Rules

Match rules played to Standard International Rules.

All matches to be played at DWMC and MUST be scored on the Rackemapp App and are best of 12 frames.

1 Point for a 6-6 draw, 3 points for a win.

Ties decided by Frame Difference. 

This season is the first of 3 divisions of 12 players. You will all play each other once with the top 3 getting promoted from divs 2 and 3 and the bottom 3 getting relegated from Divs 1 and 2. This restructure has happened to make the leagues fairer for all players. Format subject to review depending on the success of the new season.

OTHER RULES

• No phones out at the tables whilst in a match (except for whoever is using theirs to score the match on the app).
• No fag breaks during matches unless agreed by both players.
• Toilet breaks, only in-between frames, if quick. 
• No talking to an opponent or loud enough for them to hear whilst they’re at the table (one warning and then frame conceded)
• No slow play (obviously some shots have to be thought about, but not every shot)
• Once committed to the league, you WILL have to pay ALL your subs, regardless of where you are in the league table. 
• If you refuse to pay your subs the money WILL be taken out of the prize pool and you will have 11 others pretty upset, this is a league of trust lets please keep it that way.
• Anyone seen to be throwing any matches at all helping another player finish higher will be banned from ever playing again and publicly outed on all pool platforms. Don’t do it, we’re all good enough to win.
• There will now be a strict ruling on playing matches early. Holidays or exceptional circumstances will be the only acceptable reason for matches to be played early.
• Matches will be required to be played in your 2 week period unless for any reason it is just not possible. We will allow an extra 2 weeks for the match to be played and if it is still not played we will decide the result on the circumstances, if one player is clearly to blame, and making no effort, the other player will be awarded the win. 
• The season will begin on August 18th 2025. 
• PLEASE ALL let me know when you are planning on playing your matches so I can let the club know, if you turn up and you are not expected to be there, then there will be no guarentee you will get a table, UNLESS it has been booked through myself or the club, so please just let me know to save your time.
• If you arrange a match and then NO SHOW without any contact or a valid reason then a match could be claimed by your opponent. We understand situations happen so it will depend on the circumstances, but please make every effort to communicate with your opponent.
• Matches are to be played at DWMC with the cost of the table being shared by both players.
• The subs are as follows: 
  • Monday to Thursday (anytime) and Friday (up to 6pm) is £2.50 per player for first 2 hours.
  • if any matches go over 2 hours, you will be charged extra for the table. This is to stop people continuing to play after their match. 
  • You will BOTH be responsible to split the cost so if one person is taking too many breaks during the match, feel free to refuse them, especially for cigarettes.
  • If you decide to play after 6pm on Friday, or at the weekend, you will be charged the hourly rate so please bare this in mind.
