Team Knockout Competitions

 

The draws for the first round of the Tuesday team knockout competition and the first round of the Wednesday team knockout competition have been made using the random draw generator on RackEmApp. Matches are to be played the week commencing the 29th September.

Any matches postponed in the first round must be played before the second round is scheduled to be played (week commencing 27th October). Failure to do so will result in both teams being disqualified unless either side can show that they made a genuine attempt to agree a new date. Any team which forfeits their match will receive a £20 fine.

Matches are the best of 15 frames. Teams require a minimum of five players with no player playing more than three frames.

Please contact the captain of the opposing team to confirm which night your match is to be played. Do not assume it will be played on the home team's regular night and turn up without confirming this beforehand. If you play from a venue with multiple teams you will need to book your match in with the venue. Do not assume your regular match table will be available and turn up without confirming this beforehand.

With separate knockout competitions on each night, players can play in both competitions without becoming cup tied.

All teams which lose in the first round will automatically be entered into the team plate knockout competition for their respective night, except for those teams who forfeit their first round matches.
