The draws for the group stages of the team knockout competitions are now available.

Please note that for some of the rounds in the group stage teams that play from larger venues with multiple tables, such as The Lounge or Racks Pool & Sports Bar, may have been drawn at home on the same night as the team they share a table with for their regular league matches. In these instances you will need to reserve your table in advance with the venue and select an alternative table if your regular table is not available. Do not just turn up for your match assuming your regular match table is available.

Please also note that the full 15 frames are to be played in the group stage matches. Do not stop the match once a team reaches 8 frames.

The dates for the knockout competitions are as follows:

6th October - Tuesday Group Stage Round One
7th October - Wednesday Group Stage Round One

27th October - Tuesday Group Stage Round Two
28th October - Wednesday Group Stage Round Two

17th November - Tuesday Group Stage Round Three
18th November - Wednesday Group Stage Round Three

8th December - Tuesday Group Stage Round Four
9th December - Wednesday Group Stage Round Four

12th January - Tuesday Last 16 / Team Plate Last 16
13th January - Wednesday Last 16 / Team Plate Last 16

2nd February - Tuesday Quarter Finals / Team Plate Quarter Finals
3rd February - Wednesday Quarter Finals / Team Plate Quarter Finals

The format for the knockout competitions is as follows:

  • Both nights have their own team knockout competitions.
  • All 32 teams on each night are in a single group.
  • Each team will play four group stage matches with each of the four matches being against a team from each of the four divisions. These matches have been drawn at random by RackEmApp.
  • All 15 frames are to be played to give teams a full match night. A team will receive three points for a win. Frame difference will decide a team's position in the final group standings should they be level on points with another team.
  • At the end of the group stage, the top sixteen teams will advance to the knockout stages of the main competition. The bottom sixteen teams will go into the knockout stages of the plate competition.
  • The draws for the first knockout rounds will be seeded based on where each team finished in the group stage. For example, in the main competition the team that finished 1st will play the team that finished 16th, the team that finished 2nd will play the team that finished 15th, etc... In the plate competition the team that finished 17th will play the team that finished 32nd, the team that finished 18th will play the team that finished 31st, etc...
  • All of the matches in the subequent rounds will be drawn at random.
