AGM main points and upcoming dates

League fees
£20 per month League Fees
£20 Xmas Draw
£20 Easter Draw
£10 fine for none attendance at Monthly Meeting
£10 none attendance of an away League fixture without 24hours notice, to be paid direct to the Landlord/Landlady of the opposing fixture to cover food purchased.
£1 per additional players signed on after the first delegates meeting
£2 per player entry fee for individuals and Doubles competitions
£100 deposit for new teams

Rules additions/changes
One vote per team at AGM, Team delegates to discuss agenda with their teams prior to AGM and bring their final votes, all players however are still welcome to attend.
Bapto week is to be left as an open week.
Time between frames should be no longer than 5 mins, captains to be responsible for nudging each other to get the frame started.
Home team to break first, then alternate breaks.

Dates to Note

26th August, first Delegates meeting at Edington Arms 8:30pm start £20 payable by all teams, Sign on sheets if required, £100 deposit payable for new teams.

28th August, Cliff Dalimore Memorial trophy, All 3 man teams need to be registration by 8pm @ The Spinners Hindley Green.

4th September, 25-26 season starts.
