Using The Scoreboard
The Scoreboard is how participants in competition matches for individuals (Singles, Doubles etc) have their results submitted to be processed. It is designed to be used as a visual aid positioned near to the match table as a digital scoreboard so spectators can also see the current scoreline, and updating via the scoreboard will allow interested parties to see the live scores online too.
The Scoreboard only needs to be accessed by one person/device per match. However, it should be noted that both sides of the match should agree to scores being entered.
Access the scoreboard at https://www.rackemapp.com/scoreboard. You will be asked to enter a Match Code. This match code is present on the Draw Sheets which are shared by your committee, either manually or by email.
Please note, the Match Code is case sensitive.
When you enter a successful match code, you will see the scoreboard.
After the lag, press the button to indicate who won the lag.
This will set the right breaker and indicate it on the scoreboard, so you will always know who is breaking next.
The panel at the bottom is where you manage the winner of each frame, if it was a break and dish, and if its a doubles or more match, who the disher was so it can be recorded against their stats.
When the details are correct, press the Submit Frame button to update the scoreboard. It gets adjusted accordingly.
When the appropriate score in the "Race To" score is reached, then the button will change to Complete Match. Pressing it will indicate to the system the match is over and complete the match. You must complete the match.
If for any reason a mistake is made, you can use the Edit Score button to correct it.
